A typical example would be the case of a production manager faced most months with programming batches of micro controllers. The options could be to have the parts pre-programmed or to program them on a gang programmer or in circuit. If the capital cost of the programming equipment is, say, 1,500 pounds, the customer can try the programmer for 125 pounds per month (1/12 of the purchase cost). If after two months a decision is made to buy the equipment, the purchase price would be reduced by 125 pounds.
This service is available on all gang programmers with popular socket modules. The minimum period is one month.
